LoDel

I work in the food service industry and we use Lodel and we all hate it with a passion. It doesn't notify us when an order comes in, our menu is incorrect and Lodel won't fix it for us. Just come in and order or online for pickup if the restaurant does that.

Total garbage. You order they wait an hour then cancel the order due to not having drivers, what a waste of time.

Lodel, so far, has been easy to use. I haven't had any issues whatsoever with them.

Been trying to use this app, I'm just frustrated with the drivers. They don't care and feel like they've cane to LoDel because they were booted off of other platforms

It's a scam! Don't use them.

The only thing it really has going for it is how many restaurants it covers. It doesn't have enough drivers, which results in cancelled orders much (I'd say at least 30%) of the time; and they don't inform you for almost an hour after the fact. Then, they charge when ordering instead of when it's picked up so if your order is canceled you still lose that money for up to a week on top of having to find a different place to eat. It's great when it works, but really it leaves a lot to be desired.

My favorite Indian restaurant decided to default to LoDel when ordering from their site. As such, I installed the app on my phone to track the order, much like I do for other delivery services. Unlike other delivery services I've used, LoDel didn't show where the driver was once he acknowledged the order. Over 30 minutes later, I get a text saying the driver is at the restaurant and the app notes this as well. Two minutes later, I get a text saying the driver is on the way to my house. However, the app implies that the driver has already delivered the food. And when I left the map to see what other restaurants used this service, I could not return to the map because it thought I already had my food. -_- The food was eventually delivered, but the app was pretty worthless.
